You can make up to 30-day returns

Purchases Made Directly from Framerly

Your purchase is refundable within 30 days of receipt. At your discretion, we will either replace the product or issue a refund of the purchase price (less shipping & handling charges) to the original form of payment (credit card, PayPal, etc.). There are no restocking fees.

Returned merchandise needs to have an RMA # (Returned Merchandise Authorization) included on the shipping label. Our Customer Service team will provide you with an RMA # when you contact them about your return. All returns must be received in new, undamaged condition and in original packaging. If you're sending back your order, we recommend you insure it in case of any damage or loss.

In the unlikely event of damage in transit, all shipments are fully insured and will be replaced promptly. Call our Customer Service Team promptly at 475-444-0223 (Monday through Friday, between 8:30 am and 5:00 pm Eastern) or send us an email at support@framerly.zendesk.com to get the process started.
