No. Each Framerly frame is designed with an easy-access opening, allowing you to insert your diploma or certificate at home.

Yes. Please make sure you choose the right frame for your institution, school, degree type, and graduation year which will correlate to a correct document size. Framerly keeps a detailed database of official document sizes to ensure a perfect fit, so there's no guesswork on your part.

Yes. Every frame has a removable back and we include clear how-to instructions with every order to walk you through the framing process.

Each order uses FedEx Ground for standard shipping. Every order is insured, so if anything gets damaged during transit, we'll take care of replacing it.

Each frame is custom-made and you can expect to receive your order in around 10–15 business days. Need it faster? No problem—expedited options are available at checkout.

Yes. At checkout, you'll see options for 2-day, 3-day, and overnight shipping (depending on your location).

No. Unfortunately, FedEx doesn't deliver to P.O. boxes, so we do require a valid street address for successful delivery.

Yes. International orders are shipped via FedEx with shipping fees calculated at checkout based on your location and order details. Please note: Local customs fees or import taxes may apply, and these are the responsibility of the recipient.

We want you to love your frame! If you're not fully satisfied, give us a call at 475-444-0223 within 30 days of delivery. You can choose a replacement or a full refund (excluding shipping), and we never charge restocking fees.

Just contact our team for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before sending anything back. Items must be in new, undamaged condition and in original packaging. We also recommend insuring your return shipment for peace of mind.
